I LOVE A DELICIOUS RASPBERRY PUREE OR STRAWBERRY PUREE EITHER ON ICE CREAMS OR ON STRAWBERRY & VANILLA PIES AS A GLAZE!

IT IS SUPER EASY TO MAKE AND OH SO DELISH!

RASPBERRY PUREE

  • 50 GRAM SUGAR
  • 50 ML WATER
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRAXT OR VANILLA BEAN PASTE
  • JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
  • 250 GRAMS FRESH OR FROZEN RASPBERRIES OR STRAWBERRIES
  1. BRING SUGAR, WATER AND VANILLA TO A BOIL AND LETT COOL SLIGHTLY.
  2. ADD BERRIES IN A HIGH CONTAINER, ADD LEMON JUICE AND SURUP
  3. YOU WILL NEED A ELECTRIC BLENDER STICK, I USE THIS ONE.
  4. PUSH THE BUTTON AND PULSE FOR A MINUTTE OR TWO.
  5. TAKE THE PUREE TROUGH A SIEVE
  6. SERVE WITH ICE-CREAM, AND FOR A DELICIOUS CRUNCH ADD DICED ALMONDS AND CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE!
