I LOVE A DELICIOUS RASPBERRY PUREE OR STRAWBERRY PUREE EITHER ON ICE CREAMS OR ON STRAWBERRY & VANILLA PIES AS A GLAZE!
IT IS SUPER EASY TO MAKE AND OH SO DELISH!
RASPBERRY PUREE
- 50 GRAM SUGAR
- 50 ML WATER
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRAXT OR VANILLA BEAN PASTE
- JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
- 250 GRAMS FRESH OR FROZEN RASPBERRIES OR STRAWBERRIES
- BRING SUGAR, WATER AND VANILLA TO A BOIL AND LETT COOL SLIGHTLY.
- ADD BERRIES IN A HIGH CONTAINER, ADD LEMON JUICE AND SURUP
- YOU WILL NEED A ELECTRIC BLENDER STICK, I USE THIS ONE.
- PUSH THE BUTTON AND PULSE FOR A MINUTTE OR TWO.
- TAKE THE PUREE TROUGH A SIEVE
- SERVE WITH ICE-CREAM, AND FOR A DELICIOUS CRUNCH ADD DICED ALMONDS AND CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE!
